The Leadership Program at CCH is comprised of a group dynamic and spirited students that volunteer for school athletic activities.

Each student is challenged to:

  • Develop their leadership potential through organizing and operating various school and community programs.
  •  Promote positive attitudes towards leadership, cooperation, teamwork and participation.
  • Become an effective, contributing member of a group.
  • Develop problem solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Assist in the development of variety of conflict resolution skills.
  • Acquire knowledge and understanding of basic leadership styles.
  • Develop communication skills.
  • Positively enhance the school community.

The Leadership Team recognizes 6 levels of volunteer service:

  • A Bronze Certificate is awarded if the member has volunteered 25 hours of service.
  • A Silver Certificate is awarded if the member has voluntered 50 hours of service.
  • A Gold Certificate is awarded if the member has voluntered 75 hours of service.
  • A Platinum Certificate is awarded if the member has  volunteered 100 hours of service.
  • A Diamond Certificate is awarded if the member has volunteered 125 hours of service.
  • A Sapphire Certificate is awarded if the member has volunteered 150 hours of service.
