Please note:  All successful applicants must provide a clear, current Police Information (including vulnerable sectors) Check as well as a clear, current Child Intervention Check prior to being hired.  As these checks can take some time to obtain (up to 6 weeks), we highly recommend applying for them as soon as possible.

TEACHING APPLICANTSWe will only accept applications for posted positions.  Any available teaching positions will be listed at the bottom of this page.   Please provide the following information in order to be considered for a posted teaching position:

  • A copy of a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
  • A current Police Information (including Vulnerable Sectors) Check (provide prior to contract issue)
  • A current Child Intervention Check (provide prior to contract issue).

SUBSTITUTE TEACHING APPLICANTS :   You are welcome to apply for consideration on our substitute teaching list. All candidtes will be contacted once the application package has been reviewed.  Please provide the following information in order to be condsidered for a substitute teaching postion:

SUPPORT STAFF APPLICANTS :  We will only accept applications for posted positions. Any available support staff positions will be listed at the bottom of this page.   Please quote posting number (does not include Maintenance positions) and provide the following information in order to be considered for a posted support staff position:

CASUAL SUPPORT STAFF APPLICANTS :  If you wish to be considered for our casual support staff roster we require the following information:

  • A current Child Intervention Check (if approved, provide prior to hiring).

- Casual Education Assistant applicants :  please provide a copy of Education Assistant Certificate and/or Diploma or Rehabilitation Practitioner certificate and/or diploma or equivalent.

- Casual Clerk Typist applicants :  please provide a copy of Two (2) year secretarial program diploma with accounting or equivalent diploma.

- Relief Caretakers :  please provide a copy of a current WHMIS certificate and a current first aid certificate.

INTERNAL APPLICANTS : Please provide a cover letter indicating your qualifications for the position, a letter of reference from your current Principal as well as, any documents specified in the job posting that we may not have on file; including a copy of certificates and/or diplomas relating to education requirements for the position applied for.
