Welcome to the CCHS Sports Performance Website. Sports Performance is designed for students who have a passion for improving their athleticism and increasing their knowledge about athletic training. Students will learn and engage in strength, agility, flexibility, and power training. Other units of studies include sport nutrition, sport psychology and injury prevention. The goal of these classs is to gain a greater knowledge about sports training and the methods used to improve personal performance.
