2011/2012 Share the Mission Nomination Form (pdf)
Mission Statement:
We are a Catholic faith community, dedicated to providing
each student entrusted in our care with an education rooted in the
Good News of Jesus Christ.
Guided by the Holy Spirit, in partnership with home, parish and society,
our schools foster the growth of responsible citizens who will
live, celebrate and proclaim their faith.
Our Catholic faith is the foundation of all that we do.
“Share the Mission” – A prestigious award to recognize:
- Outstanding or long term service offered for the benefit of our students;
- People who accept demanding challenges and set new standards for the rest of us to follow;
- People who, through their actions and deeds, contribute to and enhance the Catholic atmosphere of our schools.
The individuals or groups nominated should reflect the beliefs expressed in the Mission Statement of the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic School Division.

Provide a description of the nominee's outstanding or long term service to students of the Holy Spirit Catholic School Division. Describe the merit of the individual or group assuming that not all members of the selection committee will be familiar with the nominee. Your description should include the following information:
- The school or schools where service was provided;
- Approximate number of years of service, or a description of the outstanding service;
- Specify how this person or group contributed to the Catholic atmosphere of our school(s);
- How the service benefited the students;
- Supporting references, photographs, newspaper articles , or documents which would further describe the contribution of the nominee;
- Any additional information the selection committee should consider.
Please note that additional endorsements are highly encouraged.
