The 2011-12 Early Learning Program survey is now complete.

The Early Learning Program 2012-13 survey will be available May 2013.

Holy Spirit Catholic Schools is conducting this satisfaction survey to gather data on your experiences with Early Learning programming at your child's school. Results from the survey will be used to assist in planning for the upcoming year. Please take a few minutes to fill in this survey as honestly and accurately as you can.
