This Collective Agreement is made in duplicate this 23rd day of June, 2008, pursuant to the School Act, and the Labour Relations Code. BETWEEN the School Boards Employer Bargaining Authority ("the SBEBA"), an employers' organization acting on behalf of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate Regional Division No. 4, hereinafter called the "Member Employer", of the first part, and The Alberta Teachers' Association, a body corporate incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta, hereinafter referred to as the "Association", of the second part.

This Collective Agreement is made in duplicate this 22nd day of January, 2009, pursuant to the Labour Relations Code, Province of Alberta. BETWEEN: The Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate Regional Division No. 4, and The Canadian Union of Public Employees Local No. 290, representing all caretakers, caretaker helpers, and maintenance personnel in the employ of the School Division hereinafter called the Union.
