When Mrs. Eveleigh was a student in Leslieville Elementary School, she loved Language Arts and Art.  She still shows her creative nature through her teaching style and her own artwork and writing. 

Although she entertained the idea of becoming a travel agent, social worker, rock star, or chef (LOL), we are blessed to have Mrs. Eveleigh at St. Paul School where she encourages students to choose to be happy; to be life-long learners; and to become "bucket fillers".  In Mrs. Eveleigh's ABC classroom, she allows students to have some choice and be creative within a structured setting. 

Mrs. Eveleigh (A.K.A. Mrs. Evil Lady) loves catching up with former students when they come for a visit and a hug.  Over her 14 years of teaching Kindergarten, Grade 1, Special Education, and ABC, she has gathered many funny moments, but her favourite student quote happened during a recess when  a student said, "Quick! Someone grab a rake!  My friend's lost his marbles by the slide!"
