The Grade 6 Leadership Club

In September the Leadership Club was formed and they began work right away with helping promote the Terry Fox Run http://www.terryfox.org 

In October students worked really hard to raise an amazing 526.5 pounds of food for the Farm Credit Canada Drive Away Hunger campaign!  Thank you for your support!

 In November, Leadership Club helped with the used book sale in the library.  A great deal was had by all and lots of money was raised - well done! 

In November a clothing collection in partnership with Ecole St. Mary.  Boxes and boxes of clothing was taken to be sold in this very worthy sale.  An amazing $500.00 was raised for the Homeless Shelter!  Thank you everyone for your support!

In December we had our giving tree program.  We collected bags and bags of food and clothing!  The Lethbridge Food Bank and Harbour House were very grateful!  Congratulations to all the intramural teams for their great support!

In January we collected bottles for our Outdoor Education Trip in May.  The final pick up is February 15 so we will keep you posted on our funds raised so far.

Outdoor Education is hoping to raise at least $2000.00 for this years camp! 

February brought the Kapow pop sales.  Which went very well!  We raised $650.00!  Also the leaders were very busy refereeing the intramural games at lunchtime.  The games are on Tuesdays and Thursdays in February and Wednesdays in March.
