Holy Spirit Catholic School Division is pleased to welcome Mr. Jerry Goebel as the speaker for our annual Spiritual Development Day on March 15, 2010 at the Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Centre. Mr. Goebel will be speaking to the theme, "Building Intergenerational Faith Communities in a Post Information Age."

For over thirty years, Jerry has offered concerts, workshops, retreats, and missions for audiences ranging from children to adults. Jerry helps young people develop a sense of value, mission and purpose. His primary goal is to help young people become vital participants in their communities, developing the capacity to be peacemakers who seek justice in our global community.  As well as working directly with youth, Jerry works with educators, school boards, clergy, parents and volunteers, teaching adults how to have Significant Conversations with the young people in their community. Jerry was awarded the 2006 Lifetime Achievement Award from the American National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry for living out Gospel Values.
