FULL TIME ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (CLERK TYPIST) - Children of St. Martha School

The Holy Spirit Catholic Board of Education requires a 35.0 hour per week Administrative Support at Children of St. Martha School in Lethbridge commencing the start of the 2018/19 school year.  Please quote Posting #20180301.

Under the direction of the principal, the Administrative Support provides support to administration and staff.  Through collaborative team-based structure, they will carry out tasks as assigned by the school administration. Confidentiality is of utmost importance in achieving the common good for all students.   

EDUCATION:

  • Two (2) year diploma in office administration preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • One (1) year office experience is an asset 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in computer skills including all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Publisher, etc.) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
  • Website Maintenance
  • Student Information Systems

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Good public relations skills
  • Communication skills
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management
  • Collaborative team member
  • Ability to work under stress and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
