ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL - St. Michael's Bow Island

We invite all applicants for the position of Probationary Associate Principal at St. Michael's School in Bow Island, to commence with the start of the 2019/20 school year.  St. Michael's School is a Grade K-12 school serving approximately 95 students with a staff of 12. You are a proven and active promoter of the Gospel values in the life of schools, as well as a dynamic, student-focused leader dedicated to excellence in student achievement in all areas of education.  You are a strong advocate for youth and their success in learning. You demonstrate by interest, lifestyle, and growth involvement within a Christ-centered working environment.


  • Catholic educator committed to the ideals and principles of Catholic Education;
  • Is a practising Catholic and demonstrates a commitment to the Catholic faith tradition;
  • Student focused with a passion for students;
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills;
  • Experience in inclusive education;
  • Excellent intrpersonal and communication skills;
  • Possession of a Master's degree, or actively in or pursuing a graduate level program.
