ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL - Children of St. Martha School

This position is open to all qualified internal and external candidates.  If chosen as the successful candidate, external applicants must provide a current police information record (including vulnerable sectors) check, and a current intervention record check prior to employment. 

We invite all applicants for the position of Probationary Associate Principal at Children of St. Martha Elementary School in Lethbridge, to commence with the start of the 2019/20 school year. Children of St. Martha is a Pre K to Grade 6, school serving approximately 190 students.  For more information on this dynamic school please see their website at: 

Qualifications/ Experience Preference

  • Catholic educator committed to the ideals and principles of Catholic Education;
  • Is a practicing Catholic and demonstrates a commitment to the Catholic faith tradition;
  • Student-focused with a passion for students at the elementary level;
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills;
  • Experience with inclusive education and working with Indigenous communities;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Possession of a Master's degree, or actively in or pursuing a graduate level program.
