Payment & Refund Information

Methods of Payment

Fees are to be made payable to Holy Spirit R.C.S.R. Division No. 4 in Canadian Dollars by one of the following methods:

  • Bank Draft (Please contact us for Banking Information.)
  • Money Order (Made payable to Holy Spirit R.C.S.R. Division No. 4)
  • Certified Cheque (Made payable to Holy Spirit R.C.S.R. Division No. 4)
  • Wire Transfer (Please contact us for Holy Spirit Catholic Schools' Banking Information and complete this form once you have wired the fees.) Note: All fees must be paid before the student's arrival. Please read our refund policy below.

Refund Policy

  • All Fees must be paid before the arrival of the students.
  • Application Fee is non-refundable.
  • International Students must give Holy Spirit Catholic School Division a written notice of withdrawal.
  • Five percent (5%) of the semester tuition fee will be retained by Holy Spirit Catholic School Division if the registration is cancelled after a VISA has been issued.
  • A FULL REFUND of student fees will be given, if the VISA has not been approved by the start of the semester.
  • There will be NO TUITION REFUND after the semester has started. Twenty five percent (25%) of the next semester of study for which a letter of acceptance has been issued and recieved will be withheld. No exceptions. Homestay fees for the months following the month in progress WILL BE REFUNDED.
  • There will be NO REFUND OF ANY KIND if a student engages in any illegal activity or behaves so poorly that he or she is mandated to return home.

Health Insurance

Insurance is Mandatory for all International Students attending Holy Spirit Catholic Schools. The cost of the insurance is as follows:

  • $50 per month
  • $275 per semester
  • $500 per year
