Successful applicants must provide the following prior to being hired:
- A clear, current Police Information Check (vulnerable sectors must be included for those in positions of trust or authority over children or vulnerable persons);
- A clear, current Intervention Record Check (for individuals working with children and youth);
- Photo identification - may include a driver's licence, passport, Nexus card or other valid ID issued by a government registry office;
- A copy of their Social Insurance Card (or a social insurance confirmation letter from Service Canada) in the employee's legal name (must match photo identification).
As this information can take some time to obtain (up to 6 weeks or longer), we highly recommend applying for them as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have questions or require further information.
