Lorelie Lenaour is the Director of Learning for Holy Spirit Catholic Schools. She provides leadership in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, educational technology and ongoing professional learning. Lorelie feels extremely blessed to have been called to be a Catholic educator in Holy Spirit Catholic Schools. Remember that today is always a great day to learn something new!
Administrative Assistant to Director of Learning
Tia has worked as an Administrative Assistant in various school offices in the Division for the past 17 years. She is excited to be part of the Division Office team, providing support in learning services, helping keep the central office library organized, working with common math assessment data and looking after details for meetings. You can find Tia's office located on the second floor and she looks forward to saying ‘hello' when she covers the front desk.
Dianne has been an elementary teacher with Holy Spirit Catholic Schools for 24 years, with most of her experience in Kindergarten - Grade 3 classrooms. Professional development and collaboration with colleagues have inspired career-long learning and a focus on continuous improvement. She is excited to now serve the division as a Learning Coach, and looks forward to the opportunity to support teachers in meeting their professional goals for student learning in literacy and numeracy.
Louise has enjoyed being an elementary teacher for 29 years, mostly at St. Patrick Fine Arts Elementary School. Her teaching passions have especially included literacy and numeracy and she has always been in awe of the "amazingness" of how children learn. She is excited and honored to be able to serve as a Learning Coach for the District and to work with our teachers, providing professional development opportunities and sharing good practices in literacy and numeracy for our students.
Off Campus Cordinator
Mark spent half of his life working at St. Mary's School Taber. While there he met his wife Jana. Together they have two wonderful children, Elise and Sacha. Holy Spirit Off-Campus programs will continue to educate in preparing our students for the world of work. Mark looks forward to the up and coming year and invites you to come and visit the Off Campus Program Office at Catholic Central High School, Campus East.
Wendy is proud to say that she is the Career Practitioner for the Holy Spirit School Division, which she has been employed with for the past 15 years. Wendy works out of The Career Centre, located at Catholic Central High School, Campus East. And assists with the Work Experience, Registered Apprenticeship and Green Certificate programs, as well as arranges tours and presentations for students in Lethbridge, Bow Island, Taber and Pincher Creek. The most rewarding aspect of this position is seeing students find a career and leave school confident in knowing what they want to do with their future.
French and International Education Consultant
Wendy Urquhart is Holy Spirit Catholic School Division's French & International Education Consultant. As French Language Consultant, Wendy serves the division by offering support with French resources, cultural activities and professional development opportunities to both staff and students in the FSL and French Immersion programs. All of this is made possible thanks to the Official Languages in Education Protocol Grant. As International Education Consultant, she is responsible for recruiting students from across the globe to study in our schools and also for promoting international opportunities to our secondary students.
