The following information is for all former contracted/temp teachers and substitute teachers who were employed by Holy Spirit Catholic School Division for the period of retroactive pay. This period includes 2024 - 2025, and the current year 2025-2026 but are no longer employed by our division.
Retro Pay Claim Form
To receive any retroactive pay entitlement, all eligible former staff (teachers and subs) must complete and submit the Retro Pay Claim Form by January 15, 2026.
Please note, failure to complete this form, including attaching any required supporting documents within the form, will result in the submission being VOID and no retroactive pay will be paid.

Critical Deadline and Deposit Timeline
Please note the following critical dates:
- Submission Deadline: Completed form including any required supporting documents must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.
- Important: Failure to complete and submit this form in its entirety by the January 15, 2026 deadline will result in no retroactive pay being processed.
- Payment Date: We aim to deposit this retroactive pay in a special pay run after the January payroll is complete (sometime between January 26th to Feb 6th).
