How to Apply

1. Gather all necessary documents and scan them into .pdf or .jpeg formats so they can be uploaded:

  • Passport (photo page only)
  • A transcript of your grades for the past two years in English
  • One letter of academic reference from a teacher or principal
  • One letter of personal reference
  • One  photograph (passport style - head and shoulders)

2. Start the easy Online Application Process.
(You wil have 15 days 
to complete the application from the time you begin.)

3. Once we have approved your COMPLETED application package, we will send you instructions to pay the $250 application fee. This will secure your place in Holy Spirit Catholic School Divison. 

4. When payment has been received we will send an official Letter of Acceptance to the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate School Division.  You will need to use this Letter of Acceptance, and a signed and notarized original copy of Custodianship Declaration, to apply for a Study Permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada. More information about Canadian Study Permits can be found on their website.
