Steps for applying to attend Holy Spirit Catholic School Division:
1. Complete the International Student Application Form for Holy Spirit Catholic School Division.
2. Complete the Homestay Student Application Form.
3. If you are under the age of 16 years, please complete your personal information on the Custodianship Declaration.
4. Email or print the completed forms from Steps 1, 2, and 3.
5. Along with the above forms, please include:
- A copy of your birth certificate or passport with a photo
- A transcript of your grades for the past two years in English
- One letter of academic reference (from a teacher or principal)
- One letter of personal reference
- Two passport photographs

Once we receive your COMPLETE application package, we will send you an official Letter of Acceptance to the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate School Division. You will need to use this Letter of Acceptance, and a signed and notarized original copy of Custodianship Declaration, to apply for a Study Permit from Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
