New Family Registration

New Student Registration begins Monday, February 22, 2021


  •  New Student Registration for the 2021/2022 school year will begin on Monday, February 22, 2021.
  • If you are a new family to the division hoping to register for the remainder of the current school year, create a SchoolEngage Account and fill out the current 2020/2021 Registration Form.


If you are new to Holy Spirit Catholic School Division, you will need to create a SchoolEngage Account in order to register your child. Please be aware of the following age-related guidelines: 

  • Grade 1 registrants must be 6 years of age on or before December 31st of the current school year. 

NOTE: If you have a child attending a school in the Holy Spirit Catholic School Division, you already have a SchoolEngage Account and should visit this webpage for next steps.

Once your account is created, you will have access to the Registration Forms.  You will need the following documentation in a .pdf format to complete your registration:

  • A copy of the student's birth certificate or other documentation related to citizenship/residency
  • A Baptismal Certificate, if available
  • Custody/Guardianship documents, if applicable

If you are unable upload the required documentation, or need additional assistance, contact your neighbourhood school. If this documentation is not received, the processing of your application may be delayed.

Parents/guardians are reminded to contact their local Community Health Office to arrange for their children's pre-school immunization boosters.
